Overview
MK-4541 is a dual SARM and 5α-reductase inhibitor, exerting anti-androgenic effects in prostate while anabolic in muscle and bone. It inhibits tumor growth, maintains lean mass during castration, and supports behavior in models. Suited for prostate cancer adjuvant and muscle preservation studies.
